Information you provide
We process your email, account information, preferences, saved deals, and membership status to operate SnagLane. Supabase provides authentication and stores application data. We do not request a shipping address because SnagLane does not fulfill physical products.
Payments
Whop collects and processes payment details through its approved checkout. SnagLane stores payment and subscription identifiers, verified event records, billing status, and entitlement dates. We do not collect or store raw card numbers.
Local storage and measurement
Your device stores saved-deal identifiers and favorites so browsing can continue across visits. A random first-party cookie links browsing and verified membership outcomes for measurement and, when enabled, consistent experiment assignment. It lasts up to 180 days and can be cleared in your browser. We record limited interaction events to understand storefront reliability, plan selection, subscription outcomes, and retention. We do not put retailer URLs or payment-card data in analytics. Operational event records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; payment event audit records are retained for up to 730 days subject to legal obligations.
Your choices
You can edit category interests, favorite brands, and alert preferences in Account settings. Alert preferences are optional. You can manage or cancel membership separately. Use the verified billing portal for payment support or contact the support channel shown on your Whop receipt for account-data requests.
Third-party retailers
When you open a retailer link, the retailer’s privacy practices apply. Retailer transactions and shipping information are handled by that retailer. Affiliate links may let the retailer or network attribute an eligible purchase.
Security and changes
We use access controls to limit account information to its owner and restrict sensitive payment and retailer data to authorized server operations. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected here.
